THE WAFFLE HOUSE, SHALIMAR BAGH The past few years have seen a gust of innovation and change sweep over Delhi. Two years ago it was Momos, lately it has been Waffles! With a store selling these hot, fresh baked pockets of delish around every corner. One such outlet is The Waffle House at BB Block of Shalimar Bagh. THE AMBIENCE I visited The Waffle House on a freezing winter evening, with the skies dark and the wind chilling me to my core. But the fun, vibrant and warm appeal of The Waffle House made us sit on the chairs outside the outlet. The bright yellow of the place gave out a pretty positive vibe and warmed me up real nice. They played some pretty good music as well! Including Ed Sheeran and Justin Beiber (the good kind, not Baby for the love of all that's sacred and holy).
